    When will the WTT Champions Montpellier 2025 take place?

    The WTT Champions Montpellier 2025 will take place from 28 October to 2 November 2025.

    Who will be competing at the WTT Champions Montpellier?

    The WTT Champions Montpellier 2025 will bring together the 32 best players in the current world rankings.

    What time do the doors open?

    The doors of the Sud de France Arena stadium will open one hour before the start of each session.

  2. WTT CHAMPIONS MONTPELLIER 2025 TICKETING

    What are the sales phases for WTT Champions Montpellier 2025?

    Below are the different sales phases:

    • From 28/07/2025 12 noon to 30/07/2025 12 noon: Sales open to WTT fans and members affiliated with the French Table Tennis Federation (FFTT)

    • From 12 noon on 29/07/2025 to 30/07/2025: Sales open to previous purchasers of WTT Champions Montpellier 2024 tickets.

    • From 12 noon on 30/07/2025: Sales open to the general public


     

     

    What offers are available for the WTT Champions Montpellier 2025?

    Below are the two ways to book tickets:

    • Per session: The competition takes place over 12 sessions, with two sessions per day for six days. You can book each session individually.

    • Per day: Day passes are available for the six days of competition, allowing you to attend both sessions on that day.

    Are there any additional offers?

    Yes, in addition to tickets allowing you to attend competition sessions, you can book the following offers:

    • Training Stand: this offer gives you access to the training area during one session

    • Bodega: this offer gives you access to a festive area open during evening sessions, where food and drink are available (not included in the admission price).

    Tickets for the Training Stand and Bodega do not, on their own, grant access to the Stadium. They only grant access to the areas specifically reserved for them, located inside the Stadium. Access to the Stadium remains subject to the presentation of a valid ticket for the competition session in question.

     

     

    Are there any discounted rates?

    Yes, here are the details:

    • Day passes give you access to both sessions on the chosen day, with an average discount of 20%.

    • Children under 16 are eligible for a 10% discount on session tickets. Proof of age will be required to enter the Arena, and you will be asked to pay the difference if you do not present this proof.

    • Children under 4 years old are entitled to free admission. To do so, you must collect a ticket from the ticket office before entering the Arena. The ticket does not entitle them to a designated seat; they must sit on the lap of their legal guardians.

    How many tickets can I buy at most?

    You can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per order. For orders of more than 10 tickets, please refer to our Group & CSE offers.

    Can I buy tickets at the arena gates on the day of the event?

    If tickets are still available, you can purchase them on the day at the Sud de France Arena ticket office.

  3. PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

    How do I book a ticket for a person with a disability?

    For all enquiries and reservations for PFR/PSH tickets, please complete this form.

    Do wheelchair users or people with disabilities benefit from a preferential rate?

    A WCU or PWD ticket is charged at the lowest price for the session. Each PFR/PSH ticket unlocks one free companion ticket.

    I have a disability. Does an accompanying person need a ticket?

    Yes, a companion must have a ticket to enter the stadium. It remains free of charge for one companion per PFR/PSH ticket booked. Any additional companions will have to pay the full price for the applicable category.

  4. HOSPITALITY

    What hospitality packages are available?

    Three offers are available for booking:

    Infinity Lounges: The Infinity Lounges will allow you to be as close as possible to the players during their matches. Your seat will be located at the side of the table in a 10-seat box, where you will also enjoy catering services.

    VIP Access: Available from session 1 to 8, this offer gives you access to a privileged seat in the VIP stand and access to the Hospitality Lounge with its classic catering offer.

    VIP Premium: Available from session 9 to 12, this offer gives you access to a privileged seat in the VIP stand and access to the Hospitality Lounge with its premium catering offer.

     

     

  5. OUR GROUP & WORKS COUNCIL OFFERS

    Is there an offer for groups?

    You can benefit from a package deal if your order contains more than 10 tickets per session.

    1. Complete the order form with your details and the number of tickets you require. Send it to billetteriegroupes@wttmontpellier.com
    2. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order, subject to availability, and provide you with an invoice.
    3. Once payment has been received and the tickets have been made available to the public, we will send you your tickets in PDF format.

  6. MY ORDER

    I haven't received my order confirmation. How can I find my order?

    You can find all your orders in your personal account, under the ‘My orders’ tab.  If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

    I would like to change or cancel my order. How do I do this?

    In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, tickets for sporting events and related services are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

    All orders are therefore final and binding.

    How do I download an invoice after my purchase?

    You can find and download your invoice from your personal account in the ‘My orders’ tab.

    I can't download my e-tickets.

    Your tickets will be available for download as the event approaches.

    No tickets will be sent to you by email or post.

    Your tickets will be available for download from your ‘Personal Space’ in the ‘My Tickets’ tab as the event approaches. 
    In the meantime, you can find all your orders in the ‘My Orders’ tab of your ‘Personal Space’.

    What happens if a payment is declined?

    If your payment fails, the order will not be validated. You will then need to place a new order using another valid payment method.

  7. MY ACCOUNT

    What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

    If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your personal account, please click on ‘Forgotten password’.   
    You will then receive an email detailing how to reset your password.

    How can I change my password?

    You can change your password at any time from your personal space in the ‘My Profile’ tab.

    I want to change the email address associated with my account. How do I do that?

    You can change your email address at any time from your personal account in the ‘My Information’ tab.  
    As a reminder, your email address serves as your login ID to access your personal account.
