    Who will be competing at WTT Champions Montpellier?

    WTT Champions Montpellier 2024 will bring together the 32 best players in the current world rankings.

     

    What time do the doors open ?

    The gates to the Sud de France Arena will open one hour before each session. However, the fan park and all activities will have a schedule that you are welcome to join. This is an entertainment event, and we'll have plenty of surprises for you and your family!

  2. Buying a ticket

    When can I buy tickets for WTT Champions Montpellier?

    Ticket sales for WTT Fans and FFTT club members start at 20th August, 2024 – 12am CET.

    Ticket sales for the general public start at 22th August 2024 – 12am CET.


     

     

    How many tickets can I buy?

    You can add up to 6 tickets to your basket. 

     

    Will I be able to buy tickets at the arena gates on the day?

    If seats are still available, you can buy tickets on the day.

     

     

    What can I access with my ticket?

    You will have access to the session or day of your choice, with a numbered seat.

     

  3. Ticket delivery

    When and how will I receive my tickets?

    Tickets will be available in your customer area as the event approaches.

     

    Do I have to allocate the tickets to the beneficiary's name?

    No, you can assign the tickets to the buyer's name.

  4. Rates

    Are there any reduced rates?

    Children under 3 can enter the stadium free of charge. However, they must be seated on the lap of the person accompanying them.

     

  5. Payment

    Will I get my money back if I can't make it?

    All orders are final. Please make sure you are available before purchasing your tickets.

  6. Ticketing for wheelchair users (WCU) and people with disabilities (PWD)

    How do I book a ticket for a person with a disability?

    You must activate a specific account in the name and surname of the disabled person by completing an account activation form. If you are organizing an outing for a group, you must complete the form to activate an account in the name of each disabled person.

    Do wheelchair users or people with disabilities benefit from a preferential rate?

    Yes, WCUs and PWDs benefit a preferential rate. WCU/PWD seats are at the cheepest category in force and those for the guides are free of charge 

    I have a disability. Does an accompanying person need a ticket?

    Yes, a companion must have a ticket to enter the stadium.

     

  7. HOSPITALITY

    What are the benefits of Infinity Lounge?

    Infinity Lounges Boxes allow you to be as close as possible to the players during their matches. You'll be positioned at the side of the table. You also will have special hospitality package with food and drinks available. 

     

     

    What are the benefits of the lounge offer?

    Lounge offers are complementary to your ticket. They give you access to a special offer on the day of your choice. You'll be invited to join the lounge, with line-cutting access and a free checkroom.


     

  8. Group / Works Council offers

    Is there a special offer for groups?

    You can benefit from a group offer if your order contains more than 6 tickets. 

    By booking your tickets via a Group offer, you will receive a 10% discount on each ticket

    Once we have received your order form, we will contact you to confirm your reservation (subject to availability).

    Is there an offer for Works Councils?

    As a Works Council, you benefit from a dedicated offer. For orders of 6 tickets or more, benefit from a 10% discount on ticket prices

    Once we have received your order form, we will contact you to confirm your reservation (subject to availability).

     

     

  9. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Are there catering facilities inside the stadium?

    Yes, you will also be able to buy and eat inside the venue. Buy the food you want, then take it away or eat it on site, space permitting.

  • Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
  • No flash photography and videography allowed;
  • STRICTLY No Social Media Live Streaming is allowed
  • No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue
  • Bags or luggage sized bigger than DINA4 are not permitted at the venue
